The arbitrator’s sanction is a long-term suspension (1 year of more in duration) and this has been reported to Sask Sport (using long term suspension notification forms) and if applicable, your organization’s National Sport Body
The PSO/MSO is responsible for upholding the arbitrator’s sanction and is aware of how/when to fulfill this obligation
