The Admin Centre Payroll Services must be used for administering wages and benefits to employee(s) supported through this grant unless an alternative payroll administration agency or department is being used by the organization. In the case of self-employed contract positions, administering wages by cheques is acceptable. Please indicate how your organization will administer the payments.*

Funding will be released once the application has been approved, the coach has been hired and a copy of the following has been received:

Detailed job description
A copy of the signed employment agreement/letter or relevant employment documentation which includes:
• Qualification standards for the position (minimum of NCCP Competition Development or Level 3 certified and relevant experience coaching high performance athletes)
• Screening and/or Safe Sport requirements (Sask Sport and NSO compliant)
• Outline of the supervision, reporting structure and performance appraisal procedures
• Salary grid and benefits package
A copy of a signed partnership agreement (if partnering with your NSO, a club, or a University program)
A copy of the PSOs High Performance Plan (required prior to second half payment release)
