Part 2: Readiness Assessment

The Spark Ideas Grant is designed to enhance the capacity to support Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility. The initiatives supported by this grant will require an extended period of time, resources and motivation to take action and make meaningful change. We would like to learn more about your organization to understand if it is the right time to begin inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility initiatives. There are no right or wrong answers and doing your best to answer these questions honestly will help us support your organization.
