The Spark Ideas Grant is designed to enhance the capacity to support Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility.

  • Think about the tools your organization will use to measure the success of this initiative. It is essential to have tools in place beforehand to measure the effectiveness of your initiative. Examples of the tools that can be used to measure the success of the initiative include:

    • Pre and post-program surveys to assess changes in participant awareness, access or behaviours.
    • Attendance, participation and registration tracking to monitor engagement and identify areas for improvement.
    • Program evaluations or feedback forms to gather insights and testimonials from athletes, coaches, officials, leaders, administrators and volunteers.
    • Growth in the number of programs or the number of communities offering programming.

    Please note: You will provide information from these measurement tools during the follow-up.
