Ember won the National regional archery tournament in U13 female in both categories (barebow and compound) which was a tournament that was run at every province across Canada on the same weekend. The scores were collected by Archery Canada and winners were announced by them.

Ember broke the Canadian Championship record in barebow U13 , which has to be shot at this tournament. She also broke the Canadian open record and the Saskatchewan open record.

Ember Place 1st in the National Championships for 3d with her compound. She was in the U13 category competing against both boys and girls. She place first and was ahead of her closest competitor by over 40 points.

Ember had the highest score in her age for both boys and girls and had the second highest score for the next division older. There was one boy in the U15 category that had a higher score.

• Ember also took place in an online IFAA tournament for target. This is a world competition that archers shoot at their local club and submit their scores. This takes place over 3 months with March being the last month and the final scores are displayed until the middle of March.

• Ember is currently in first place for both barebow and compound.

• Ember broke her own open compound record for Saskatchewan

• North Dakota bow hunters state 3d March 29-30 – Still waiting on confirmation but Ember was in first place barebow

Jenica was the only Saskatchewan athlete to win a gold medal in an individual event at the 2025 U Sports Track and Field National Championships. Shortly after securing her victory in the Women’s 1000m, Jenica raced again later on the same day as a key member of the U of S Huskies Women’s 4x800m Relay Team. Jenica’s strong performance in the 4x800m relay helped the Huskies 4x800m relay team to finish first place for the second year in a row, defending their national title.

The final day of the U Sports Championships Jenica raced in the Women’s 1500m, placing 7th, helping to add points to the U of S Huskies Women’s team score. Jenica was also an alternate for the U of S Huskies Women’s 4x400m relay team, although she did not run.

Jenica’s strong performances throughout the Championships significantly contributed to the team score of the U of S Huskies Women’s team, helping the U of S Huskies Women’s team to finish 3rd overall as a team at the National Championships.

Katie competed in the Senior Division at the MIAC competition in Portugal—one of the largest acrobatic gymnastics competitions in the world. Watching her perform at that level was nothing short of incredible.

Qualified for Team Sask, earning a spot to represent the province at the Canadian Championships in May.

Katie qualified for a spot on Team Sask and secured her qualification for the Canadian Championships in Calgary this May. Additionally, this qualification allows her to trial for the Pan American Championships, which will take place in Puerto Rico from November 11–15.
