Membership
Sask Sport’s membership consists of Provincial Sport Organizations, multi-sport/service groups and sport, culture and recreation districts.
These groups co-ordinate activities and distribute funding from the Sask Lotteries Trust Fund for Sport, Culture and Recreation to benefit clubs, teams and athletes in communities throughout the province.
The Provincial Sport Organizations and multi-sport/service groups listed below are active members of Sask Sport and serve as governing bodies or contribute the development of sport through other activities.
Together Sask Sport membership encompasses more than 330,000 registered participants, over 6,000 local teams, clubs and leagues, almost 28,000 trained coaches and more than 14,000 certified officials.
